Descripción

We are hiring an Inside Sales Support Specialist to deliver excellent service and support to all users, both external and internal, using multiple communication platforms and systems. Acting as a liaison between data sources and the field, the Inside Sales Support Specialist will orchestrate the connection and creation of sales opportunities.


What You Will Be Doing


  • Responsible for supporting the Digital Marketing initiative by creating, qualifying, and/or managing leads, implementing processes to track the connection from inside sales to final sales & align on strategies to increase contacts and conversion rates at large.
  • Coordinate and drive customer requests with internal resources in an efficient and timely manner. Acting as a liaison between Category and other departments such as Marketing, Customer Service, and Production in response to a wide variety of field requests, problems, and opportunities.
  • Master and manage third party software data sources to analyze market trends, track digital engagement, trace new and existing account information, and ultimately equip the field with intel that adds value to our dealers and end users.
  • Maintain regular service and support to our internal consultants, field sales, dealer partners, designers/architects, and end users via phone, email, chat, and video conferencing.


Who You Are:


Required Skills and Competencies


  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar or related role.
  • Advanced English is a must.
  • Previous experience with systems and proficiency in handling data, including data management, reporting, and analysis.
  • Capable of analyzing, reading, and accurately interpreting reports.
  • Comfortable with sharing relevant data and collaborating with team members to achieve business goals.
  • A must-have requirement for this position is previous experience with CRM systems.
  • Intermediate knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.


Preferred Skills and Competencies


  • Possess the ability to identify and establish connections between multiple sources of information and synthesize it into a comprehensive and easy to understand format.
  • Customer service experience is required for this position.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Must have excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks seamlessly, particularly critical tasks.
  • Ability to multitask and work through interruptions, ensuring each task is completed with the necessary attention to detail and a timely fashion.
  • Be a self-motivated individual who actively contributes to the success and collaboration of the team, dealer network and end-users.
  • Proactively follow up with leads and ensure that all related processes are executed smoothly and efficiently
