Project Manager

Summary

Position Summary  

The Project Manager is responsible for successful project execution and exists to ensure that we are delivering profitability to the business whilst meeting (and hopefully exceeding) our client's expectations. Key responsibilities are to deliver projects on time, to specification and within budget. The Project Manager will work closely with the Research Manager and other team members across the Research Hub as well as interact directly with Sales. The position requires strong project management skills.  

Key Responsibilities:  

• Provide direct support to the RM (indirect support to Sales) through all aspects of delivering on a project with independent responsibility for executing on many projects' tasks. 
• Active involvement in project set-up and briefing other internal Research Hub teams on study specific details. 
• Review specification and identify changes to project scope and work with Client Manager to flag to Sales to take appropriate action, (re-cost, suggest changes to meet original budget)  
• Assess risks to completion of project to plan and budget; communicate and implement mitigating actions accordingly either directly with the internal team and/or in consultation with Client Manager.  
• Plan detailed internal timeline according to questionnaire programming and the client's key deliverable requirements (interim data, final SPSS file)  
• Coordinate internal resource/ 3 rd parties throughout the project set-up phase (translations, survey programming)
