The HRBP will be a strategic partner for the Global Business, you will act as a strategic partner to business leaders, providing HR guidance and support to achieve organizational goals. You will be responsible for developing and implementing HR initiatives that drive employee engagement, talent development, and organizational effectiveness. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, business acumen, and a deep understanding of HR best practices.


Essential Role & Responsibilities:


  • Be the liaison between the business and Human Resources COEs (Talent Engagement and Development, and Compensation and Benefits)
  • Talent Acquisition: Build a job description with the hiring manager, and initiate the recruitment process with Talent Acquisition. Own the whole end-to-end recruiting process for open positions in NAM, LATAM, and EUROPE, aligned with the local requirements to develop core sourcing processes. Once the candidate has been selected, start the Onboarding process (generating the employee file, requesting for employee´s tools, coordinating with payroll his start date, and coordinating onboarding meetings).
  • Design strategies in conjunction with talent to increase the satisfaction of the personnel.
  • Stablish trusting relationships with the staff.
  • Take the role of communication and management between employees and the business.
  • Investigate employee concerns and resolve employee relations issues; provide recommendations and guidance to the business.
  • Analyze HR metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and drive data-driven decision-making.
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with business leaders to create and execute organizational and people strategies.
  • Design and implement organizational or enterprise-wide solutions.
  • Provide customized HR Solutions to support business goals and Strategies.
  • Support business leaders to lead organizational change and drive continuous improvement, providing a business perspective focused on Human Resources.
  • Partner with Administrative and HR COEs to execute business and local-specific HR strategies.
  • Support for functional processes like Performance Development, People Review, and Salary Planning.
  • Ensure compliance with Labor Law in all operations.
  • Ensure the correct application of the Internal Work Regulation.
  • Ensure that all employee relations issues are properly identified, reported, investigated, and resolved promptly and deploy strategy for a highly compliant and safe workplace.
  • Design and implement strategies to maintain discipline and a healthy work environment. Provide advice to managers and employees to ensure consistent application and integration of policies, procedures, and practices, to promote an ethical and compliant work environment.
  • Conduct investigations including gathering, preserving, documenting, and analyzing all available information and evidence, and in some circumstances, making recommendations to the business on disciplinary action.
  • Partner with HR colleagues to develop and implement policies, procedures, and programs that support a positive work environment.
  • Compensation and Benefits: Oversee the execution of the process of the annual increase, Oversee the plan and execution of MIP, Supervise vacation plans and accruals, Oversee payroll budget plans
  • Responsible for executing the payroll process for employees

Academic Requirements & Experience:


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on HR business partnering.
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations.
  • English proficiency
