What you would be doing:
- Based on the daily smart sheet report, contact driver/dispatcher 30 minutes before pickup time and make sure driver will arrive on time .
- Report pickup delay to BMW SCM team when applies
- When designated carrier won´t be able to pickup ontime, CSA should communicate with SCMs for them to request expedite service or schedule a recovery with expedite/planning team.
- Audit and correct ASNs (advanced shipping notice) when needed
- Fill out S# mandatory references before submitting ASN information in Optimiz
- Upload required documents to each S# using Optimiz.
