Satellite Teams is looking for a Full Cycle Recruiter, this person will play a pivotal role in attracting top talent to join our organization. From sourcing and screening candidates to negotiating offers and onboarding, you'll manage the entire recruitment process to ensure we bring in the best and brightest individuals to our team. You'll work closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies to meet those needs.

Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and interview candidates across various channels to build a strong talent pipeline
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop job descriptions
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from posting job ads to extending offers and onboarding new hires
• Utilize creative sourcing techniques to attract passive candidates and diverse talent
• Build strong relationships with candidates and provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve our hiring processes

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
• 3+ years of experience recruiting from entry-level to high-skilled positions
• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and employment laws
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools
