Role & Responsibilities:
    • Develop strategic alliances in the field of data management and analysis.
    • Participate in the development of demand generation and marketing plans for data management and analysis services.
    • Stay informed about new business opportunities in the field of data management and analysis in collaboration with software manufacturers.
    • Participate in industry events and exhibitions related to data management and analysis target markets.
    • Participate in in-person and online training courses on data management and analysis services.
    • Obtain commercial certifications in data management and analysis solutions.
    • Provide leadership and direction for sales teams in the sector.
    • Responsible for identifying, developing and acquiring customers.
    • Planning and strategising to retain and expand current key accounts.
    • Ensuring high-quality customer service and issue resolution.
    • Client engagement activities, including identifying client business requirements and preparing proposals and quotations.
    • Assist in direct selling to deliver sales goals, negotiating contracts, initiating proposals and closing deals.
    • Closely collaborate with the Operations Leaders to support business objectives/ targets.

Knowledge & Soft Skills:
    • Management and collaboration with high-performance teams.
    • Development, execution, and achievement of the business plan and objectives of the organization in the field of data management and analysis.
    • Experience in managing challenges and growth objectives in organizations in the field of data management and analysis.
    • High proactivity and initiative in addressing new challenges in the field of data management and analysis.
    • Excellent time management.
    • Development of executive presentations, image, and language in the field of data management and analysis.
    • High ability to work in teams and attitude of internal collaboration and with clients in the field of data management and analysis.
    • High initiative and motivation for the development of strategic clients and new accounts in the field of data management and analysis.
    • Ease in establishing interpersonal and social relationships in the field of data management and analysis.
    • Management and self-study in the face of challenges or new professional challenges in the field of data management and analysis.
    • Executive and consultative capacity in presenting information and proposals aimed at managerial and executive levels in the field of data management and analysis.
    • General knowledge of best business practices and continuous improvement in the field of data management and analysis.
    • Leadership management skills.
    • Knowledge of consultative sales processes, data analysis platforms, CRM, Digital Marketing, Business Intelligence, and/or similar.
    • Management and communication of the English language: Advanced (written and conversational).

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field,Engineering related to BusinessAdministration, Marketing, Industrial, Computer Systems, and/or Informatics, or related field.
  • Experience working within the Data Centre sector is essential.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Data Account Management positions, or within a Senior Sales role.
  • Experienced in a leadership role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
  • Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
