Key activities:

•Manages a production manufacturing area, including direct and indirect support functions.

•Directs and coordinates activities of production department(s) in processing materials or manufacturing products in industrial organization by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors

•Reviews production orders or schedules to ascertain product data such as types, quantities, and specifications of products and scheduled delivery dates in order to plan department operations.

Specific activities:

• Coordinate with the different areas the availability of personnel, materials and the proper functioning of the equipment (machinery maintenance).

• Establish quality control of each stage of production.

• Participate in problem solving meetings.

• Responsible for the control of production processes.

• Responsible for setting the goals of the area and having the reports of the results they produce at the moment.

• Ensure the daily production compliance.

• In charge of safety on the production area.

Requirements:

•Minimum 5 years of experience in similar position Process/product knowledge, preferable worked at Tier 1 companies and supply directly to OEM´s

• Bilingual English & Spanish(both written and verbal)

• Strong Personality and presence, oriented to achieving results, desicion making, handling and solving of problems, interaction into production, involved in the work floor.
