Descripción

The Vendor Compliance Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the compliance of vendors and service
providers according to established policies and Mexican regulations. This role plays a pivotal part in
maintaining the company's integrity and efficiency in vendor relationships.

SCOPE
A. All Mexico Region Operations.
B. The following regulations:
• Outsourcing Law (REPSE)
• Vendor Blacklists
• Fuels Consumption

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
A. Safety
  • Conduct and submit SWO as required by the organization/
  • Attend required training sessions provided by IP.

B. Validation of Vendor Compliance
  • Communicate with REPSE specialized service providers.
  • Ensure adherence to REPSE specialized service providers' policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate communication with PWC platform provider.
  • Organize training sessions for REPSE specialized service providers on PWC platform usage.
  • Validate documentation on the PWC platform.
  • Ensure compliance of REPSE specialized service providers.
  • Generate reports and compliance status of REPSE specialized service providers.
  • Ensure IP's vendors are not in the black list published by the Tax Authority, reporting
    any incident to management and request.
  • Request vendor blockage as needed.
  • Collaborate and communicate effectively with GS, IT, Tax, HR, and Finance departments.
  • Ensure facility compliance with the Fuels Consumption regulation.

C. System Responsibilities
  • Validate usage and compliance on the PWC platform.
  • Participate in internal and external audits.


QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • English Professional Proficiency.
  • Proven experience in vendor compliance management.
  • Familiarity with Mexico industry regulations and standards.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and platforms.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize effectively.
