We are seeking recent college/university graduates that are highly motivated and ready to contribute in a hands-on world-class engineering team

environment. This person has a passion for manufacturing process, equipment and/or tool design and is looking to accelerate their career. The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree or master's degree with a in electrical engineering, electronics, industrialization, mechanical, physics, materials science, or related field.

The Littelfuse RISE Engineering Rotational Program is a full-time development position that will enable recent college graduates to learn and grow across

several engineering disciplines areas before settling into a best-fit role.

Our program scope is to build diverse and talent professional engineers by

gaining experience in multiple areas of the company to take on tomorrow's challenges in manufacturing process design. In addition, as a company that emphasizes community engagement, you will have opportunities to participate in our community relations efforts and to give back through causes that

support Littelfuse social responsibility initiatives.

At the conclusion of the program, you will be assigned to a permanent role in the area in which you will be able to perform and develop your greatest strengths.

About the Littelfuse RISE Engineering Rotational Program:

Littelfuse RISE Engineering Rotational Program provides three rotational

assignments with a total duration of 18 months in which you will be responsible for:

Completing 6- to 8-month rotations and assignments in areas such as:

engineering and/or an adjacent functional group, including operations, testing,

product management, sales.

Reporting to the Senior Product Engineer, you as a Rotational Engineer will be responsible for provide technical support to internal company departments such as quality, manufacturing, product management, and purchasing; and investigate manufacturing areas of opportunities and develop proposals.

About the Job:
  • Develop comprehensive manufacturing equipment and tool design proposals for Littelfuse prototypes and production processes from internal/customer specifications.
  • Produce technical documentation in line with assigned department requirements.
  • Provide technical support to internal company departments such as quality, manufacturing, product management, and purchasing.
  • Design and Support any production processing hardware, tooling and fixturing required to produce new products efficiently and safely.
  • Support creation and implementation of verification and validation testing.
  • Work with various agency and third-party labs to ensure compliance with applicable standards.
  • Bill of Materials (BOM) creation for product assemblies and equipment.
  • Regularly report on project schedules.
  • Ensure that project evidence such as Product Assurance Plans, procedures, written test processes and reports are in accordance with organizational and department policies.
  • Contribute significantly to business outcomes through delivery of your assignment projects.
  • Participate in intentional and structured career development activities and receiving active coaching and mentoring.
  • Participate with local social and community activities within the region.
  • Interact with peers and network with business leaders to gain exposure and obtain support for assignments.
  • Solve critical international business challenges through participation in cross-functional teams.


About You:
  • College/University graduated or soon-to-be graduate with Bachelor's degree in Electrical / Electronic / Mechatronic engineering.
  • Available to work in a full-time role on site .
  • Strong communication skills and fluent in English (written and verbal) .
  • Flexible and willing to work in cross-functional, cross-disciplinary roles within the company .
  • Motivated to join an international, fast-paced environment .
  • Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail .
  • Motivated, self-developer, and eager to make a change.
  • Willing to relocate for short-term rotational assignments/travel (as needed).
  • Passionate about technology and looking to fast track their career in engineering.
