At Eni, we are looking for a Security Supervisor within Eni Mexico in Mexico City. You will be responsible for handling all aspects of operational security incompetence ensuring the respect of the security procedure and coordinating and verifying of security personnel. When required, activate the security emergency response plan. As a member of the Security Department at Eni Mexico, you will be responsible for: • Managing of security personnel. • Controlling the activity of security operators in the control room. • manage the operation of the security control room. • Defining the guard roles of security personnel. • Sharing with the security staff a daily log of security activities. • Managing security events in the city of level I and II. • Ensuring the application of the security emergency response plan. • Communicating continuously with the security logistics coordinator. • Conducting regular security drills. • Ensuring the operation of all the active and passive security measures and the maintenance plan. • Managing Access Control (controls the delivery of new cards and provisional). • Managing control of the keys. • Managing portable GPS. • Managing the respect of the postal procedure. • Ensuring the application of security procedures.
