Job Description

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY:

Primary Responsibilities / Task

1. He will support failure analysis of Reliability, STR and Qual related failures requested using the F/A tools or machines available in the laboratory.
2. He will review all the pertinent details such as datalog or csv of failing parts versus Bin 1 reference, circuit/ bonding diagrams/ netlist before doing bench tests using curve tracer and network analyzer to be able to validate the failure mode highlighted.
3. He needs to communicate to Design team if ever there are some failure modes that needs to be isolated
4. He will do all the necessary F/A process flow needed such as external visual, curve trace, RF bench , X-ray, Thermal analysis, IR inspection, probe test and Emission microscopy.
5. He needs to generate a comprehensive or detailed report correlating the failure mode highlighted to help assembly and test on the rootcause analysis.
6. He needs to do some coaching to his co-workers particularly those analysts that needs technical help
7. He should be more than 3 years as an F/A Engineer

Technical and Communication Skills:

1. He should have a good communication skills particularly in English (90% or more) since he will be communicating directly to design and reliability engineers in other Skyworks sites if necessary.

2. He should have an in-depth knowledge on the circuit analysis and RF technology and good experience on using F/A tools such as curve tracer, network analyzer, thermal analysis and emission microscope.

3. He has a good background on assembly and wafer fab process
