Main Purpose:
This role will give exposure to a number of different activities within Accounting processes of Trafigura business as well as the opportunity to liaise with other business departments on an international level.

• Certified Public Accountant/Chartered Accountant.
• Strong academic background.
• Fluent in English/Spanish.
• Minimum 5-year experience of working in global companies.
• Minimum 5-year experience of working in Accounting/Finance/Reporting areas
• Experience in Accounting Systems (ERP)
• Experience in Big-4 is preferred.
• Highly developed communication skills and experience of operating in an international/multicultural environment
• Knowledge of the financing process with banking entities and respective controls.
• Tax Knowledge (Annual income tax)
• Transfer pricing knowledge

Key Responsibilities

• Perform Account Payables, Account Receivables entries/analyses, GL Account Reconciliations, Intercompany Reports, Ad-hoc Analyses
• Work closely with local accounting, procurement, legal and tax departments as well as treasury
• Ensure appropriate Accounting of projects, financing, interco/intraco transactions, etc.
• Maintain fixed asset schedules where relevant and ensure these are depreciation in line with the company's guidelines
• Analysis of Financial Statements and Financial Reports.
• Manage Budget and cash flow.
• Work with auditors to issue Financial Statements.
• Elaboration of financial metrics (Ratios)
