Craft a winning strategy for product portfolio by leveraging customer insights, competitive analysis, and market trends. Drive optimization across the product lifecycle to enhance market positioning, spur organic growth, and maximize financial returns. Innovate by introducing new products, devising effective pricing strategies, and ensuring the delivery of differentiated value propositions tailored to specific verticals and market segments. Lead the development and execution of a strategic plan aimed at identifying opportunities, defining market priorities, and securing orders and revenue in alignment with annual targets. Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to devise fresh approaches for identifying and capturing new business opportunities, thereby expanding market share, and fostering sustainable growth in key markets.


?Key Responsibilities: 

  • Positioning solutions in key verticals, and define strategies according to Go to Market
  • Value proposition & competitive portfolio analysis
  • Pricing Strategy (Set pricing break-even requirements for sales deals/discounts)
  • Launch and promotion NPI, roadmap and sales enablement.
  • Alignment with global team to support the region.
  • Support Operational Plan Development and Execution


YOU MUST HAVE

  • BS / BA degree in engineering or marketing
  • 4 years or more experience in product management, product marketing, technical solutions sales, or Building automation projects sales.
  • Advanced English level
  • Advanced Excel knowledge
