Title: Senior SAP ABAP HANA Developer (Remote)- México
We're seeking a talented individual with extensive experience in OO ABAP development, particularly within S/4HANA environments, to join our dynamic team in Mexico.
Qualifications:
- Experience minimum of 8-10 years of experience in object-oriented ABAP development within complex SAP or S/4HANA landscapes.
- Proficiency minimum 4-5 years of hands-on development experience in S/4HANA environments.
- Experience in ABAP on HANA within S/4HANA landscapes, focusing on technical object developments in modules such as SAP SD, MM, FICO, PP, and PM.
- Strong hands-on experience in developing Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, and Forms (RICEF).
- Experience in various ABAP functionalities including RF Screen, PPF, enhancements, and CIF.
- Hands-on experience in CDS views, AMDP, BRF, and HANA Proxy Objects within S/4HANA.
- Strong proficiency in Object-Oriented ABAP, Interfaces, and preferably experience with IDOCs.
- Hands-on experience developing Enhancements, Forms (including Adobe Forms), and Reports.
- Proficiency in working with BADI, User Exits, Customer Exits, and Enhancement Spots.
- Good understanding, and hands-on experience with Data Dictionary Objects, classical and interactive reporting, ALV Grid, and text elements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Actively participate in business process discussions, understanding client requirements, pain points, and new needs to design effective solutions in S/4HANA.
- Lead technical consultants to ensure the successful delivery of SAP solutions, identifying and escalating issues and risks promptly.
- Assist in effort estimation, solution standardization, and mentorship of junior team members.
- Translate client requirements into designs and code/configurations, demonstrating an analytical mindset and eagerness to learn.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with a strong client-facing experience.
- Openness to working in shifts and supporting during weekends/holidays when required.
- Promptly address and resolve technical incidents, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
- Provide advice and solutions to meet business change expectations within agreed delivery timelines.
- Efficiently manage service requests, providing timely solutions.
- Contribute to configuring and customizing business requirements, collaborating with the functional team.
- Work closely with customers and teams to ensure timely follow-up and resolution of issues and requests.
