Job Requirements


  • Located in Guadalajara, Jalisco, we are currently seeking a Senior Technical Support Analyst with expertise in Oracle CRM.
  • As a hybrid position, the role offers the flexibility of a mix between remote and on-site work.
  • Minimum education: University with a degree.
  • Advanced English level.


Job Responsibilities


  • Oracle Technical Consultant.
  • Proven experience in implementing, supporting and consulting CRM or cloud products.
  • Knowledge of reading and analyzing logs, SQL, SQL tuning, scripting/programming, Unix/Linux, and web services.
  • Desirable: Knowledge of networking, database configuration, web server optimization, and hardware load balancing.
  • Experience in enterprise CRM application environments (Oracle CX Sales, Siebel, EBS, PeopleSoft or other related) is essential.
