Supplier Developer

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Strategic Sourcing, Supply Chain Management or related discipline. MBA degree its a plus. 
• 7+ years of experience in Supplier Development to qualify, develop and manage strategic supplier base
• Experience in Industry, injection molding, stamping, electronics.
• PPAP process and economic order quantity (EOQ) knowledge.
• Excellent communication English skills (written and verbal) and the ability to influence, negotiate, and develop relationships at all levels of the organization.
• Most have American visa.

Responsibilities:

• Provide a vision of factory supplier development strategy and processes for internal teams and suppliers.
• Review factory supplier manufacturing processes and quality systems.
• Help suppliers improve production and productivity.
• Facilitate suppliers' understanding of global policies, service and quality expectations.
