OBJECTIVE

Responsible and accountable for the management, development, and profitable growth of assigned accounts.

Essential Duties:

· Onboarding. Supports to set up new customer accounts.

· Communicates regularly with customers via phone, email, and web portal entries to provide timely and accurate responses to requests and real-time visibility to order status.

· Prepares quotes and sample requests as defined by the Sales Manager and customer.

· Sends approved quotes to customers.

· Enters orders into ERP system.

· Resolves customer issues quickly and without escalation.

· Builds and maintains strong internal and external business relationships.

· Utilizes CRM software in activities related to CSSR.

· Coordinates effective communication between customers, finance, sales, engineering, manufacturing, and quality departments.

Education:

Bachelor's Degree required, Engineering, Marketing, or a business-related field preferred but relevant work experience will be considered

Experience:

At least 2 years of customer service experience with large multi-national customers

Previous manufacturing experience preferred.
