Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 

Have close communication with Mexican carriers to book and monitor import and export loads; pickup, transit, and delivery times and keep all the offices and customers advised of status in a timely manner.

Review reports, input information in the company systems on daily basis (MX trailer session).

Assist with trailer status, turn time, and operations reports.

Provide the customer with all necessary information needed to ship , including proper documentation, and load detail information. Explain freight rates and regulations regarding shipping size, weight, and handling.

Gather all the necessary information to quote & book for specified equipment in a timely and accurate manner and follow up to close sales.

Provide rates, credit account set-up, and general information to our internal and external customers, and prospects on time.

Proactively assist other office personnel in projects, coverage, and backup as time permits.

Promote and support a positive, team-working environment.

Other duties as assigned.

The office is currently located at Monterrey
