Funtions:

1.     Administer and manage the Appian BPM suite and OpenText ExStream platform, ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and security.

2.     Configure and maintain the systems according to business requirements, including workflow design, form creation, and communication templates.

3.     Monitor system performance, conduct regular maintenance, and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.

4.     Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to understand business needs and implement process improvements.

5.     Manage user access, roles, and permissions within both platforms.

6.     Coordinate with vendors for technical support, updates, and upgrades to ensure the platforms are up-to-date and aligned with industry best practices.

7.     Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system configurations, processes, and user guides.

8.     Provides guidance and direction on projects, ensuring overall fit with architecture direction.

9.     Communicates with senior leadership on matters of importance.

10.  Completes architectural assessments and unbiased analysis of key decisions within projects including impact on systems, timelines, and other key variables.

11.  Build a collaborative commitment to technology strategy by considering and evaluating different points of view.
