Descripción

The Business Development Representative sells Repairify patented technology and services to automotive repairers in a multistate territory. The mission is to grow revenue and retain clients in their territory by managing the sales pipeline from customer identification through closing and onboarding.

 

Essential functions

•  Develop and implement a customer contact plan to achieve sales quota.

•  Generate new revenue by targeting prospects and existing accounts to sell new products and services.

•  Develops customer relationships from the User level to the manager and Owner of automotive repairers.

•  Develop relationships with target customers, learn their potential business needs, and determine the services or products that the customer is most likely to purchase.

•  Independently develop account strategies and build relationships with customers.

•  Determine product solutions based upon technical knowledge and previous customer interactions.

•  Communicates the value proposition of Repairify technology and services to potential customers.

•  Meet and exceed call volume standards along with other key performance indicators.

•  Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the customer's operations to facilitate their success using Repairify technology and services.

•  Build customer rapport by probing, listening, and offering solutions that resolve customer issues.

•  Identify client needs and concerns, set clear expectations and provide guidance to help clients realize success in using Repairify technology and services

•  Communicate and report client business issues internally within Repairify to educate and inform management.

•  Document and report all activities in customer relationship management system

•  Demonstrate the ability to remain resilient and professional.

•  Collaborate with other Repairify teams to identify workflow improvements and sales opportunities.

Minimum Qualifications:

•  Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education, experience and training that provides the required knowledge and skills.

•  Minimum 3 years of sales experience

 

Preferred Qualifications/Skills:

•  Demonstrated proficiency in verbal and written communications, listening and negotiation skills.

•  Results, customer, and achievement driven, with the ability to affect positive results through action.

•  Must be able to use professional sales process and concepts to manage sales pipeline and to solve a variety of objections.

•  Proven ability to rebound quickly after rejection.

•  Must be able to work successfully autonomously and within a team environment.

•  Must be able to exercise judgment within defined procedures to determine appropriate action.

•  Must learn and apply company policies, practices, and procedures to accurately and expediently complete assigned duties and responsibilities.

•  Must be able to support our clients' success while actively applying our company's core philosophies and principles.

 

Travel required.

This position will require limited travel.
