POSITION Summary: This position will assist the corporate & local HR Leadership & Recruitment Team.
POSITION responsibilities:
· Maintain reports for site on HR metrics, project status reports, staffing meeting minutes, etc.
· Responsible for paper and electronic document retention of HR policies, forms, and personnel answering employee requests and questions
· Create, generate and submit reports to senior management
· Update and maintain employee records to ensure recordkeeping compliance
· Assisting in the recruitment and interview processes
· Administering employee benefits programs
· Oversee applicant tracking and management of applicant activity, interviews, and offer approval process for site.
· Initiate and drive on site implementation of corporate projects.
· Execute delivery of communications (written and verbal) for employee and management dissemination on various HR topics to include, but not limited to, open enrollment, wellness activities, compliance requirements, employee relations, etc.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (HR Preferred) or similar
· Proven experience as HR coordinator
· Proficiency using MS Office, databases and HRIS systems
· Outstanding communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
· Organizational and time management skills
· Certification or Professional training in Human Resource Management definite plus
· Experience in documenting and completing various project deliverables.
· 2 - 5 years of experience in Human Resources
· Ability to take direction from Corporate Human Resources team and implement programs on target.
· Ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment.
