Maersk's Mexico Legal Team is seeking a talented attorney to support our Business, an integrated container logistics company working to connect and simplify its customer's supply chains. As Legal Associate you will be providing administrative support to the legal team, organizing the database network of the legal department, supporting corporate matters, drafting contracts, among others. Lawyers at Maersk are trusted members of the business. Our work is intellectually challenging and exciting.

Principal duties include:

• Administrative functions to support the legal department.• Assistance in the day-to-day requirements of the legal department.

• Sets up and maintains files/records (electronic and paper).

• Drafts, edits, and conducts final check for accuracy of NDA's.

• Support on drafting and reviewing contracts (with suppliers and customers).

• Establish and implement processes that correspond to the legal team.• Support on corporate matters (proxies, shareholders meetings).

• Analysis and resolution of legal problems.

As for the skillset and experience, we are looking for:

• Bachelor's Degree in Law

• Minimum 2 years of experience I paralegal work.

• Good communication, negotiation and written skills.

• Effective interpersonal skills.

• General knowledge of the integrated container logistics sector.

• Knowledge of the English language to communicate effectively.

• Natural curiosity, persistence, and the ability to conduct detailed research are helpful in handling claims.
