Job Requirements:

• Strong hands-on experience in Azure Databricks, demonstrating deep practical knowledge.
• Over 5 years of experience in a customer-facing technical role with expertise in at least one of the following areas:
• Software Engineering or Data Engineering: data ingestion, data modeling, data cleansing.
• Batch processing or real time processing.
• Extensive knowledge of SQL.
• Proficiency in Python/Scala.
• Experience designing and/or developing data solutions using Azure Databricks and big data technologies like Spark.
• Knowledge of data solutions in Azure environments, focusing on best practices in cloud security and networking.
• Experience in implementing industry-specific data analytics use cases.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and foster collaboration within the team.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to be the initial point of contact for the team.
• Lead and guide a team of engineers, providing technical direction and support.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and Scrum Masters to ensure effective alignment and successful project delivery.
• Maintain and enhance production data systems, ensuring they adapt to ever-evolving needs.
• Efficiently troubleshoot complex problems, conducting root cause analysis on both internal and external data.
