Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations and shipment tracking to ensure on-time delivery of materials. Liaise and negotiate with suppliers. Comply with import/export and tax law regulations Communicate with staff members and Operations to comply with production demands. Manage import/export suppliers and arrange the payment application. Compliance for IMMEX, PROSEC, VAT Certification, CTPAT, AEO Logistics data analysis to plan and achieve cost optimization. Management and control of inventory systems for Annex 24 and 30 Responsible of communication with transportation to guarantee production forecast plan. According to customer requirement and actual production demand, responsible for supplier's purchasing plan and plant production plan. Responsible for the material & commodity delivery, include import and export and customs declaration. Communication with the warehouse and inventory. Track shipments as requested and pull together all documentation, pictures, invoice values and file claims for loss or damage via an integrated 4PL claims program. While following company and government deadlines for processing claims. Effectively communicate and collaborate with multiple internal teams, a few are service, legal/risk, finance, parts, and logistics to manage the asset and all costs until it is repaired, recovered, or written off. Support the global transportation delivered quality program by leading our transport claims program and closing the loop with quality, recovery, and mitigation strategies. Negotiating claims settlements in a timely manner. Cooperate with engineering, materials, shipping, and our carriers to improve packaging where needed. Work Closely with global distribution center teams as needed for training in continuous improvement in shipping and receiving practices. Requirements +4 years of logistics/import/export experience being familiar with operation process and related regulations and policies of Mexico Ports (all transportation) English required (Business fluency) Visa and Passport required IMMEX, PROSEC, VAT Certification, CTPAT, AEO knowledge SAP SAT regulations Data Analysis Master's Degree in International Trade or Logistics is a plus. Annex 24 & 30 Experience in the automotive industry or similar.
