What do you get to do in this position: Monitoring the Environmental, Health, Safety regulations and ensure all legal requirements in the site. Leader of of Management System (ISO 14001, ISO 45001). Ensure EHS requirements for execution of Management of Change Process in the current and new projects. Active participation in Schneider programs SPS (Schneider Production System), corporate reports, ergonomic etc.) Assist in maintaining appropriate metrics, evaluating data trending, and providing data input to management reviews, with a view to continuous improvement and enhancement of EHS performance. Oversees development, planning, and implementation of environmental, health, safety policies and procedures (Environmental, health and Safety) Develops and oversees company training programs for employees in areas such as compliance training. Analyze and solve problems for safety and environment, such as ergonomics Selects, develops, and evaluates for the EHS personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function Attend external compliance audits (internal or external). Validate corrective and preventive actions derived from Incident Investigations. Oversees the preparation of contracts for waste disposal firms and monitors waste handling. Identify and intervene to correct unsafe and off standard conditions. Identify, report any injury or potential injury and any potential environmental impact, and create action plans to avoid recurrence. Leads the new projects Qualifications This job might be for you if you fit the following Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Chemical, Environmental, Safety engineering or similar Minimum 5 years of experience as EHS Coordinator or related. Strong leadership (experience with direct reports) Strong exprience of ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 Previous experience working in a manufacturing /electrical company (preferred) Strong written and verbal communication skills required in both Spanish and English. Desirable experience with STPS relations (preferred) Possesses a comprehensive knowledge of environment, health and safety guidelines and regulations; a good working knowledge of health and safety engineering, and a highly refined understanding of the issues related to manufacturing and delivery/service environments.
