As a QTO Engineer, you will play an important role in the construction and engineering of complex projects that make a difference in people's lives. Responsibilities Estimate material quantities and costs for various phases of the construction project. Review and analyze construction plans and specifications. Develop and maintain project cost estimates utilizing estimating software. Coordinate with construction team and clients to update estimates as necessary. Assist in the development of project budgets and schedules. Evaluate subcontractor and supplier proposals for completeness and accuracy. Ensure compliance of estimates with company and industry standards. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field. 1 year of experience in quantity takeoff and cost estimating. Familiarity with construction plans, specifications, codes, and standards. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Upper Intermediate English B2.
