Descripción
RESPONSABILITIES:
· Forecast: receive and fill in the schedule agreement of SAP all new customer, forecast and orders.
· Follow up customer´s demand according to the contract. If demand is higher or lower, clarify with the customer and find the necessary decisions to deliver the parts.
· Participate actively in cyclic inventories.
· Organize the entire documentations to the shipping and packaging.
· Keep in order the documentation in files in the PC.
· Send the shipping information to the customers, as soon as shipment has left from SMA.
· Deal directly with customers service either by telephone, electronically or face to face items related to shipping, packaging and releases.
· Knowledge and follow customers procedures, portals and systems.
· Handle and resolve customer complaints.
· Record details of inquiries, comments and complaints.
· Communicate and coordinate with internal departments the shippings and escalate any risk to delivery on time.
· Maintain standards of health and safety hygiene and security.
· Weekly and annual reconciliation of returnable containers of the client, physically and in portals.
· Carry out the necessary activities in the customer portals, and keep updated.
· Set up new customer accounts and understand new customer requirements.
· Be in charge of subcontracting processes (welding, painting and stamping) and make sure deliveries are on time and supplier inventory is updated.
