Finance Manager

Principal Accountabilities:

• Manage financial planning and analysis staff and activities to identify risks and opportunities and contribute to the achievement of the organization's short and long-term financial goals
• Manage financial planning and analysis projects
• Manage financial forecasting, reporting, and operational metrics tracking
• Analyze financial data and create financial models for decision support
• Analyze past results, perform variance analysis, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvements.
• Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts

Knowledge & Skill Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field or Equivalent years of experience in a substantially similar industry may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• 8 years of progressive experience with 2 years of supervisory experience
• Advanced English and Spanish.
• Advanced Excel and Proficient PC skills
• Strong organization and communication skills
