We're looking for a Continuous improvement specialist who will apply or develop standard methods for calculating plant indicators, collect the necessary information and determine the effectiveness of projects before and after implementation and lead activities aimed at reducing costs and present them. 

What are we looking for?? 

• Bachelor's Degree or Post-Secondary Non-Tertiary Education. 
• We need sound experience and understanding of straightforward procedures or systems. 
• Good Data Collection and Analysis skills 
• Excellent Verbal Communication
• Ability to make sense of complex, high quantity, and sometimes contradictory information to effectively solve problems.? 

What will be your key responsibilities?? 

• You'll take part as member for capital investment and innovation projects to drive productivity inputs.
• You'll lead value leadership idea generation and follow-up in factory.
• You'll design new equipment or materials or recommend revision to methods of operation, material handling, equipment layout, or other changes to increase production or improve standards. 
• You'll test selected products at specified stages in the production process for performance characteristics or adherence to specifications. 
• You'll compile and evaluate statistical data to determine and maintain quality and reliability of products.
• You'll study time, motion, methods, or speed involved in maintenance, production, or other operations to establish standard production rate or improve efficiency.
