Position Title: Outbound Material Shipping Lead

Location: Ramos Arizpe, Mexico

Reporting to: Warehouse & Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Responsible for managing the products and materials integrity.

• Generate and drive the shipping schedule plans.

• Coordinates with Scheduling Team, Production team the weekly strategy to accomplish the sales plan.

• Develop constantly the material handling concept to make sure the inventory reliability and traceability.

• Verify that we are achieving the CTPAT requirements.

• Forecasts plans for anticipated materials requirements.

• Reviews production plans to ensure the Build to Scheduled.

• Create a team self-directed focused on tactical KPIs.

• Participate in the S&OP and MPS strategy.

• Make sure the warehouse systems and controls as FIFO, cycle counting among others.

• Monitoring the production attainment in parallel with master schedulers to avoid any internal backlog.

• Manage truck yard.

• Follow up customer complaints.

Requirements

• Requires a bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Requires at least 4 years related experience.

• Warehouse experience with Lean Manufacturing basics.

• Experience on Logistics Engineering to continuous improvement of department.

• Must be detail oriented and have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Strong verbal skills to effectively communicate with other departments required.

• Ability to develop and maintain strong, team-oriented relationships with co-workers.

• Expert knowledge in data analysis tools including Excel, ERP system.

• Strong background on Warehouse management, systems, safety rules.

• Knowledge on Export paperwork process.

• C-TPAT background.

• Formative Leadership.

• English Level able to keep business talks.

• Strong knowledge in SAP.
