Your role at Baxter as Sr. Analyst Production Planner


  • Responsible to review the open sales order from JDE to verify customer orders to execute the production scheduling for Monterrey facility, lead the weekly production meeting and provide daily update on pending production orders to manufacture and materials team for daily follow up.

·  Coordinate with manufacture and materials team to execute production plan on surfaces, frames, silkscreen, and service subassemblies, assuring materials and production capacity. Ensure production programs are post in a timely manner for team's execution.

·  Daily update of the Haul shortage report with shipping information and production dates for the Commercial Team, in case of any production constrain process a customer order reallocation so that Distribution in Batesville will be able to update deliveries to the final customer.

·  Assure Production scheduling to meet service level and back-order metrics on a weekly basis, update and publish those results every Monday

·  Validate daily rates, product mix and planning bills based on the latest S&OP revision, keep updated the forecast and production schedule for service subassemblies. Review finish good inventory to look for any opportunity of inventory reduction.

·  Attend daily Management meetings, build to ship meeting to present and inform the commercial team of any production risk or delay that could impact the product delivery from Monterrey, as well to confirm weekly production rates for new orders allocation.

·  Develop and maintain a close partnership with materials, manufacturing, warehouse, and commercial team


What you'll bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Economics, Engineering or related areas required.
  • Advanced English
  • Minimum 2 years of category procurement experience. With multinational organizations a plus.
  • Experience in people, stakeholder, and project management.
