 Regional Sales Manager


As a Regional Sales Manager, you will have direct managerial responsibilities over several states and markets across the region.


The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales activities within the assigned territory by managing the channels of distribution, performing sales forecasts, ensuring sales revenue and profit growth, and reviewing market analysis.

Must report on his/her activities weekly and must represent the company in keeping with the highest standards of business ethics and professionalism. Responsible for communicating with management any ideas, market trends, or competitive activities.


Key Responsibilities:


·      Achieve and exceed region's monthly, and annual sales quota, strategic and unit sales mix objectives, profit goal, and market share goals.

·      Execute sales strategies meeting KPIs and update strategies to successfully hit annual sales quota.

·      Continuous expansion of market share through the implementation of individual sales and marketing strategies.

·      Develop sales plans for customer meetings. Following the visit, construct a final report outlining the findings and actions along with market intelligence.

·      Monitoring and individual advice of distributors including frequent visits in the states assigned.

·      Elaboration and realization of product presentations in the different markets including product training.

·      Lead meetings within final customers / Partners / Government entities / and personalize sales negotiations.

·      Maintain, analyze, and utilize territory records and other information to efficiently organize, plan, execute and measure results.

·      Provide timely, accurate, and constructive written and oral communications to management regarding expected sales planned monthly activity. Operates a specific cost center (business) to control sales, expenses, inventory, and accounts receivable.

·      Coordinate the B2B distributor: presentation of products to the distributor, get the POs, supervise the payment and delivery.


Required Experience:


·      A minimum of 3 years' experience in medical devices sales preferably.

·      A minimum of 3 years' experience in Sales; Business Development and Account Management.

·      Creative in brainstorming and proposing new ideas and solutions to existing problems.

·      Available to travel frequently. 70 % - 30%.

·      Strong communication skills (verbal and written). Open and honest communication

·      Ability to manage multiple tasks.

·      Actively maintain sales pipeline and complete required reporting activity within Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool or other systems as required.

·      Degree (Marketing, Administration, BioMed's, Sales, or medical-related field).

·      Critical thinking and problem solving

·      Action and result oriented.

·      Good charisma, "hunting mentality" and closing confidence.

·      Ability to speak English – professional level. >B2 - C1
