Accountant JR

Main responsabilities:

• General accounting: issuing sales invoices, recording inventories, and expenses. Ensure that invoicing complies with current tax requirements. 

• Inventories: supervising inventories in the system, inventory counting and valuation, maintaining inventory control method and control indicators, inventory reconciliation, detection, determination, and support of inventory variations. 

• Financial Reporting and Analysis: creating and generating financial reports for all departments, detecting, determining, and supporting variations in company operations, establishing formats, methods, processes, and reporting policies, coordinating the creation of procedure manuals in the system.

• Management of accounts receivables to foreign suppliers, record of customer deposits and reconciliate of AR accunts, Record an reconciliation employees expenses.

• Expense cards, gasoline, iave, administration of solutions for the company: service providers for lodging, insurance (vehicles, facilities), vehicle leases

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting (diploma)
• Intermediate english languague
• ERP experience
• Updated in electronic billing
• Determination of provisional calculations
• Two or three years in similar positions

Salary: $25,000 - $28,000 according experience
