The Technical Lead is responsible for collecting and defining non-technical requirements for new applications, define technical requirements for new applications. Lead and guide the team to develop flexible and extensible software solutions using the best software development methodologies and principles to meet business requirements.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the team, maintain an environment where excellence is a focus and in which everyone's goal is to develop the highest quality software, ensure the security scalability, reliability, and performance of developed solutions. Ensure code quality through code reviews.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Strong communication skills.
• Team player.
• 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development, programming, and computer science.
• Experience in all aspects of the software development life cycle (SDLC) from planning to maintenance.
• Experience in a variety of software architectures.
• Experience in leading teams of developers.
• Experience in developing complex software systems.
• Ability & aptitude for solving complex problems with simple solutions.
• Ability to collect and identify business requirements to define technical requirements.
• Strong understanding of algorithms and data structures.
• Very strong programming skills in a high-level language (C++, Python, Java)
• Desire and ability to work on interdisciplinary projects.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field (master's degree preferred).
