Essential Functions:

• Collaborate with the business stakeholders to identify and prioritize automation opportunities.
• Prepare Process Design Documents.
• Teach the final users the correct functions and develops of the automations.
• Troubleshooting and maintenance of the solutions.

• Seek for new ways of work.
• Innovation in software and hardware to make things easier for the daily activities.
• Pursuit of making people more efficient with the implementation of new technologies and automations. 

Deliverable documents for the position:

• Implemented projects documentation
• User's training
• Project Tracker/Timeline for development's follow up

Experience:

• 2+ years of experience on a similar position.
• Experience on automation tools like OCR, RPA, AI, ML, Microsoft Power Apps.
• Microsoft Office products knowledge.
• Workflows design.
