Process Engineer

in our location in Comonfort, Gto (México).

Job requirements

Experience: 2 years in same position preferably in automotive area.

Language: Advanced English

Competences:

1. Knowledge of Core Tools, Analysis and problem solving, Costs and quotes, Tooling development, Manufacturing Processes and line balancing, and administration of new projects and specialized machines.

2. Leadership, Teamwork, Focus on achievements, Effective communication, Decision making.

Your tasks:

• Support in monitoring and compliance with work plans. ,
• Support in the planning and control of resources to carry out maintenance and reduction of documentation of processes in production lines.
• Support in planning and monitoring FMEA reviews of the process
• Interpretation of international standards related to the techniques used in the assembly process of electrical harnesses.
• Review, generate and update standard operation documents (FMEA, Process Sheets, work instructions) and all engineering documentation related to the online process.
• Establish correct methods (Standardized Work Sheets) on production lines. Assemble, steal, unlock and launch production equipment for new projects. Carry out the updating and improvement of documentation on production lines.
• Generate and maintain Lay - Out. Make indicators of your area.
• Carry out the Work and Line Balancing Study.
