Sales Director


We are a German automotive company, with outstanding participation worldwide in almost 50 years of life, specifically in Querétaro a trajectory with more than 20 years within the Querétaro industrial park?


Responsibilities:

Sales:

1)Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business growth and profitability targets.

2)Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to deliver exceptional sales performance.

3)Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, prospecting, and networking.

4)Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.

5)Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and create action plans.

6)Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, product development, and customer support, to optimize sales performance.

7)Monitor and report on sales performance, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing corrective actions.

8)Stay up-to-date with industry developments, emerging trends, and competitive landscape.

9)Responsible for marketing as trade shows, exhibitions, etc

Project Management:

1)Supervise the project management team, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.

2)Implement and optimize project management processes and methodologies, ensuring continuous improvement and efficiency.

3)Monitor and report on project performance, identifying risks and issues, and ensuring effective communication with stakeholders.



Qualifications:

Sales:

1)Bachelor's degree in business, technic or engineer, marketing skills or similar field.

2)Minimum of 10 years of automotive sales experience, with at least 5 years in a sales management role.

3)Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.

4)Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

5)Experience in strategic sales planning, customer relationship management, and team leadership.

6)Analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.

7)Advanced understanding of product calculation and costing.

1)Experience in project management, with a strong understanding of the product development lifecycle.

2)Ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate effectively with stakeholders from various departments

3)Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
