Job Summary

Transfers industry, technical and product knowledge to customers via good written, verbal and presentation

skills. Assists in all levels of technical account planning and accompanies sales managers on visits the Clients.

Assists in the development of formal sales proposal, presents, and differentiates product offerings at a technical

level.

Key Responsibilities

· Product presentations and demonstrations.

· Support with technical qualification of sales opportunities.

· Build custom demonstrations.

· Monitor accurate and correct delivery of multichannel solution.

· Assists with the creation of a sales cycle plan

· Coordinates closely with internal sales, sales support, and service resources to align solution design with

customers' business requirements

Work Experience

· 3-7 years of experience in Operation call centers

· Technical knowledge

· Microsoft office

· Knowledge of continuity plans and recover disaster

· 3-7 years of experience in call centers as a project manager

· Technical knowledge with company´s multichannel solutions

· Microsoft office in Power Point

· Knowledge of continuity plans and recover disaster (BCP and DRP

· Excellent Power Point presentation design

· Technical skills

· Detailed knowledge of information Builders product offering

· Excellent presentation and demonstration skills
