Purpose and Objective

Provide support to the areas of Human Resources and attention to personal employee and ensuring that the procedures are carried out according to corporate policies, following up the work plans established in the Department of Human Resources, in order to know and develop all the activities in the area. Know the rules establishing the quality policy / carrying its work procedures according to the culture of quality. Promote company core values.

Profile and Experience

• Degree / Human Resources/Business Administration/ Psychology
• Experience 2 years or more in HR Process Set and Improvement
• Intermediate English

Responsibilities

• HR document reception. (permissions, vacation, bank hour, brief absence, manual check, etc).
• HR related subject attention and follow up.
• Disciplinary process support.
• Work Environment Analysis.
• Standardize processes among our business centers.
• Satisfaction and exit surveys application and report elaboration.
• Induction and Onboarding for new hirings.
• DNC support.
• Skill matrix support.
• Courses coordination. (attendance registration, Schedule, contents, feedback, effectiveness, etc)
• Support on Office Management and Business Support related matters
