Are you prepared to amplify your career trajectory in digital marketing? Look no further! An avant-garde kitchenware enterprise, dedicated to redefining culinary experiences, is on the hunt for a savvy Paid Media Jr Coordinator to enrich their team.

As the Paid Media Jr Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Director of Paid Media by providing administrative assistance, coordinating projects, and ensuring tasks are completed on time and in alignment with paid media and paid search objectives. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and previous experience in paid media buying.

This is an incredible remote opportunity to work for a US-based company.

What You'll Do
    • Daily Reporting: Daily updating of marketing metrics spreadsheet, and any other manual data entry tasks
    • Project Management Assistance: tracking PM boards (monday/clickup) for delinquent tasks assigned to me and resurfacing, completing repetitive tasks in those boards (sending product to podcasters, creating discount codes through our process, creating UTM codes for the relevant task). Helping to ensure that our PMS is used for full transparency on what the Director of Paid Media has going in for capacity planning.
    • Finding & Compiling Resources: Gathering information for internal and external partners inplatforms like sheets, Air, foreplay, motion, etc
    • Account Access: Getting agencies and partners added to platforms
    • Project Coordination: Assist the Director of Paid Media in coordinating and managing projects related to paid media and paid search, ensuring tasks are assigned, deadlines are met, and deliverables are completed according to established timelines and objectives.
    • Inbox Management: Monitor and manage the Director of Paid Media's inbox, prioritizing emails, responding to inquiries on their behalf, and flagging urgent messages for their attention, ensuring effective communication and follow-up.
    • Task Management: Organize and manage the Director of Paid Media's daily tasks and to-do lists, ensuring tasks are prioritized, deadlines are met, and progress is tracked, keeping themaccountable to paid media and paid search deliverables.
    • Calendar Management: Coordinate and manage the Director of Paid Media's calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and calls, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficient time management and alignment with priorities.
    • Document Management: Assist in organizing and maintaining documentation related to paid media and paid search campaigns, including campaign briefs, performance reports, and project plans, ensuring easy access and retrieval of information as needed.
    • Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the Director of Paid Media,including preparing documents, presentations, and reports, scheduling meetings, and handling other administrative tasks as needed to facilitate their workflow.
    • Communication Liaison: Serve as a liaison between the Director of Paid Media and internal teams, external partners, and vendors, facilitating communication, relaying instructions, and ensuring alignment on project objectives and deliverables.


What You Need
    • Familiarity with project management tools such as ClickUp is strongly preferred.
    • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a marketing or advertising role, with previous experience in paid media buying.
    • Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and programmatic advertising.
    • Proficiency in advertising analytics and reporting tools, with the ability to analyze campaign performance data and provide actionable insights.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with vendors, agency partners, and internal stakeholders.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
    • Previous experience in client-facing roles or vendor management is a plus.
    • Ability to work independently in a remote setting and collaborate effectively with virtual teams.
    • Love of food and cooking! Cooking skills and/or experience in the culinary industry a plus.


Salary & Perks
    • Competitive Salary
    • This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position.
    • The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with TLNT.
    • Work from home.
    • Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm (+/- 2 hour accepted) - PST.
