About the job Implement PR and Comms activities according to market activation plan, ROMI guidelines, budget allocated and global policies in alignment with Brand & Comms Manager to drive brand awareness and traffic. Work alongside media agencies to support the Brand & Comms Manager with the briefing and orchestration of all media related activities and implementations according to objectives. Monitor performance and efficiency of campaign effectiveness on a constant basis to find improvement opportunities and maximize results. Contribute to building and maintaining relationships with journalists, PR agencies, stylists, and local influencers with the aim to grow PR coverage and keep the brand top of mind of our end-consumers. Facilitate the delivery of press releases to the respective the PR agencies and necessary stakeholders in the markets. Coordinate the orchestration and successful delivery of marketing events for press and consumers, including and not limited to exhibitions in showrooms, product and campaign launches, instore events, sponsorships, etc. Execute in alignment with the brand positioning: product placement, potential collaborations and other local activations needed for the local market, including all fiscal and legal processes (invoices) to transit samples for its implementation. Contribute to briefing and managing output of local agencies, including Media, PR, influencer content and Social Media partners. Responsibilities include monitoring performance monthly through pre-defined KPIs and ensuring contractual requirements are met as well as providing feedback on necessary adjustments. Assist and develop clear guidelines and monitoring compliance to ensure brand consistency for online shops, social media channels used by partners and others. Support digital platforms, including and not limited to the .com with all necessary materials, such as assets, copies, etc. for the market activation plan implementation, making sure the communication is aligned among channels. About you We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following: University degree (PR, Marketing or similar) 3 years of professional experience in a similar role within an international setting Minimum 2 years of work experience in a fashion and retail environment Experience working with media agencies knowledge and social media platforms.
