Effectively partner with Global Centers of excellence (COEs) including Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Diversity, Total Rewards, Talent Management, IT and Shared Services and to successfully deliver PEOPLE programs and system implementation.
Predict, assess and determine business needs in the areas of organization design, staffing, performance management, succession planning, development planning and communications plans.
Identify, evaluate and drive forward key training and development courses that develop strong talent in leadership in partnership with global COE. Comfortable facilitating group training or discussions and presenting to small or large groups of employees.
Mitigate and analyze workforce data and internal trends; use insights to inform leadership with measured recommendations for enhancements, improve efficiencies and measure the success of programs.?
Analyze internal salary trends and external salary and benefit data provided by our global Total Rewards team to ensure equity and competitiveness of total rewards offering.
Actively support local and regional cultural events including social and community events and activities.
Support business expansion / acquisition initiatives from a People perspective including due diligence, project and change management and implementation.
