We are seeking a highly analytical and results-driven Paid Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing paid digital campaigns across multiple platforms with the objective of amplifying the results of the marketing strategy of each client. The candidate must have experience with paid media across traditional digital mediums and possess a creative mindset. Overall, the ideal candidate is hungry to learn and excited to produce stellar results for our clients! Responsibilities: · Develop and implement paid media strategies across various channels such as PPC, display advertising, social media advertising, etc. · Manage campaigns from conception to execution, including budget forecast, audience targeting, bid management, and optimization. · Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the market in order to identify new growth opportunities and media strategies to maximize the company's advertising performance. · Monitor and analyze campaign performance using various analytics tools and provide regular reporting on performance and optimization recommendations. · Collaborate closely with other MACH9 team members, such as creative, content, and web development to align marketing campaigns with business objectives, ensuring brand consistency and campaign effectiveness. · Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and emerging digital media technologies to apply best practices in the company's advertising campaigns. Requirements: Skills & Requirements: · Bachelor's degree in marketing, Advertising, or a related field. · Proven experience in paid media management, preferably in an agency or in-house environment. · Proven track record of managing large-scale campaigns across multiple channels and delivering strong ROI. · Proficient in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Display, Search, and other ad platforms. · Knowledge of web analytics tools such as Google Analytics & Facebook Business & Ads Manager · Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights. · Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. · Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
