Inviting applications for the role of Account Payable Process Developer!

In this role, you will be processing invoices, urgent payment requests, and publishing reports in order to allow our client's operations to run smooth and clean.

Responsibilities

· Invoice Processing (posting invoices into SAP - Tcodes MIRO, F-43, F-47, FBL1N)

· Supporting process improvements, by given ideas and collaborating with project team

· Working with Excel control sheets (for performance control and reporting)

Minimum Qualifications / Skills

· 1-2 years' experience in Accounts Payable and Reporting

· MUST: Advance Excel (there will be intense use of tables, formulas and pivot-tables)

· MUST: SAP FI (t-codes FBL1N, MIRO, F-43, F-47, tables and reports)

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

· Desired: SAP FI (t-codes MIRO, F-43, F-47, FBL1N)

· DESIRED: English (Global Team and Global Client - India, Brazil, Mexico, US)

· Ability to communicate clearly and report issues/errors immediately

· Analytical ability, this is important to be able to review invoices against compliance instructions
