Inviting applications for the role of Account Payable HelpDesk Analyst!


In this role, you will be representing Accounts Payment in elevating the customer experience levels by supporting suppliers and users through phone calls and chats – helping them to get their payments and queries unlock.



Responsibilities

· Invoice Processing (posting invoices into SAP)

· Accounts Payment Helpdesk (supporting vendors and users through voice and written formats)

· - Continuous Improvement (lean six sigma projects in the finance area)

· - Client escalation management (coordinating escalations with multiple and disperse teams)


Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications / Skills

· 3-4 years' experience in Accounts Payable and Help Desk

· MUST: Advance Excel (there will be intense use of tables, formulas and pivot-tables)

· MUST: SAP FI (t-codes FBL1N, MIRO, F-43, F-47, tables and reports)


Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

· DESIRED: English

· Ability to communicate and influence unsatisfied audience. Strong analytical ability, this is to facilitate investigation of stuck items and actions to get resolution.
