You're a detail-oriented, digitally capable, rising star who can jump into a start-up agency environment and hit the ground running. You're a seasoned manager, as eager to refine your client services skills as you are to impress the team with your leadership.

 

As a Sr. Client Services Manager, you're an integral member of the team—responsible for leading and organizing client and project activities to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and that they exceed client expectations. In this position, you'd work closely with our Strategy and Creative team leads.

  • Manage project financial health and overall satisfaction.
  • Translate the client's vision into an actionable plan.
  • Build, activate and guide high-performing teams to deliver project plan.
  • Steward the client's POV and vision within the agency.
  • Build the client's trust and appreciation for our services.

CLIENT/PROJECT MANAGEMENT RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Be the designated point person for your key accounts – including responsibility for client satisfaction.
  • Lead client meetings, including setup, facilitation and recap.
  • Create complex project proposals and statements of work.
  • Create project schedules and execute upon them.
  • Create, review and distill creative briefs to ensure clarity of scope.
  • Facilitate team and client kickoff meetings to ensure the project is briefed in correctly.
  • Create finance trackers to demonstrate the financial snapshot for the client.
  • Craft custom approaches to client relationships including process and execution (share with CSD).
  • Own project budgets and meet designated margin of 35%.


BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify new client opportunities, and partner with them to implement them.
  • Participate in new business opportunities, including pitch presentations and capabilities meetings.
  • Contribute to account planning for key accounts and execute against them.

 

TEAM MENTORSHIP RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Serve as a strategic voice within the team.
  • Serve as a mentor to team members, including problem solving, tips and tricks, etc.
  • Keep the Client Services Director and others informed about project status and issues that may impact client relations.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 5+ years of experience in a Client Services or in a similar role.
  • Knowledge of the creative process as well as creation and delivery of digital design files.
  • Demonstrated experience working with external clientele.
  • Experience working with a creative team.
  • Effective communication skills—both verbal and written.
  • Proven ability to work effectively both independently and in a team based environment.
  • Demonstrated willingness to be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.
  • Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills.
