JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Assist the project manager in managing all aspects of the assigned project to assure cost, time, quality and performance achievement.
• Ensure procedures, best practices and methodologies application according to required standard.
• Lead program documentation creation, monitoring and updating.
• Assist with resolving employee issues and/or conflicts within the organization. Be the voice of the employees in discussions with management.
• Be an ambassador for Segula's vision and values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering.
• English language at minimum B2 level.
• High attention to detail with strong organizational skills, problem solving skills, time management skills, and the ability to multi-task.
• 1-3 years' experience in project/program management.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Program management or engineering experience in automotive industry.
• Program Management Professional (PMP) certification or other training equivalent.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate to and prepare presentations.
