As Talent Acquisition Intern you will address the end-to-end talent acquisition process for PPG Comex being main partner to the success of our business working with company partners and ensuring the accomplishments of SLA´s in consideration of our PPG Way. Key Responsibilities

•            Support in the end-to-end process for attracting talent (intake calls, posting vacancies, interviews by competencies, follow-up to background checks, offers analysis, hiring, database update)

•            Maintain a follow-up with internal clients (hiring managers) and external clients (candidates) about the TA process.

•            Collaborate to the team to implement global programs in recruitment and selection.

•            Ensure the correct execution of TA's strategy with the marketing team (diversity and inclusion projects, innovation and digitalization, Indicators, Service level agreements, trainings, workshops)

Qualifications

•            Student of 4th or 5th semester in Business Management, Marketing, Psychology or any related

•            End professional studies by Dec-25 or Jul-26 (better if after this date)

•            English at advance level (use for participation in global projects)

•            Excel, PPT, Word at advanced level

•            5 hours working time

•            Hybrid 3-day (3 days at office & 2 days from home)
