Job Description

• Manage the operations & resources for assigned functional North America team.
• Repurposing & reallocation of resources as needed to support the different activities within the group.
• Manage & keep track of the operations budget, schedule meeting & provide update on periodic basis to the functional leadership team. 
• Ensure that all program targets (quality, cost, timing) are identified and communicated, status to target tracked and communicated per program requirements.
• Manage the programs development status with the extended team, gather information from supporting teams, plan & present the program status slides.
• Coordination of all activities according to Function development process and reporting on program status at each milestone.
• Verify and manage planning timelines for project development

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent (Materials /Chemical/ Civil/ Aerospace/Computer) from an ABET accredited university.
• 1+ years in product development & budget management.
• Must be well-organized, well versed in establishing priorities, support other organization needs and requirements.
• Must have strong leadership behaviors, high accountability attitude, strong communication skills, ability to lead by example.
