About the job


Primary Objective:


The Product Analyst will be responsible for developing, enhancing, and refining card-not-present products such as e-commerce, automated billing, and telephone sales. The primary objective is to ensure EVO remains at the forefront of technological advancements and innovation to effectively address business requirements. Collaboration with various internal and external stakeholders is essential to enhance departmental performance and identify avenues for growth.


Responsibilities:


  • Design, planning and execution of the product strategy.
  • Collaborate with various internal departments and external suppliers to enhance product performance, aiming to boost revenue generated by billing and EBIT from these platforms.
  • Executes beta tests in the product development stage, defines their functionalities and coordinates their certification.
  • Continual market research, understanding competitors' offerings, and pinpointing businesses' needs and preferences are essential to delivering the most competitive card-not-present commercial offer in the market.
  • Preparation of performance reports for each of the platforms.
  • Collaborate with third-party entities and suppliers to explore potential business opportunities.



Knowledge and Skill Required:


  • Bachelor's degree in commercial or related area.
  • Proficiency in generating clear, concise, and insightful reports to communicate key findings, performance metrics, and actionable recommendations.
  • Strong command of the English language, specifically tailored for business communication (80% proficiency)
  • The ability to gather, interpret, and analyze data to make informed decisions, solve problems, and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Strong communication skills both verbally and in writing, with the capability to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.
  • Demonstrated leadership qualities, including the ability to inspire and motivate others, foster a collaborative team environment, and drive results towards organizational goals.
  • Strong collaborative skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team towards common objectives.
  • A creative and forward-thinking mindset with a focus on driving innovation and continuous improvement within the organization.
  • Proficiency in identifying and resolving issues or challenges that arise in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Cross-functional experience encompassing technology, project management, sales, operations, finance, and fraud prevention.


Experience:


  • Preferred background in payment methods with demonstrated experience.
  • Experience in web page development or ecommerce is preferred.
